Up
Durham Bulls - OF Matt Joyce: Continued his hotting with a 3-5 night, including his second homerun. Joyce is now hitting .310/.423/.500 at Durham. He's hitting .375 against lefties.

Montgomery Biscuits - OF Desmond Jennings: I don't know what else there is to say at this point other than he's really locked in. Hitting .368/.410/.611 on the year.

Charlotte Stone Crabs - OF Ryan Royster: Collected two hits, including a double.

Bowling Green Hot Rods - LHP Matt Moore: Lowered his ERA to 3.48, and more importantly, showed better control with just one walk. On the season, in 20.2 innings, he's struck out 29 and walked 17.

Down
Durham Bulls - LHP David Price: The night started out poorly when the first two runners reached on errors, but Price has failed to get out of the 4th inning in three of his five starts.

Montgomery Biscuits - 1B Rhyne Hughes: Picked up a golden sombrero with an 0-5 night, striking out all fives times.

Charlotte Stone Crabs - RHP Jesse Darcy: Darcy has all but eliminated himself from even fringe-prospect territory, sporting a 6.39 ERA as a 23-year old in the FSL. Has allowed 38 hits in 25.1 innings.

Bowling Green Hot Rods - 1B Mike Sheridan: Went 0-5 and has not yet drawn a walk on the season.
