Thursday's Scores and Highlights

Charlotte Knights 2, Durham Bulls 6
Dioner Navarro was 3 for 5 with a double and an RBI. Leslie Anderson was 2 for 3 with a double, RBI and 2 runs scored. Angel Chavez was 2 for 4 with 2 RBI's and a run scored. Joe Dillon was 2 for 4 with a run scored. Desmond Jennings was 2 for 5 with a double and a run scored. Richard De Los Santos got the win and Joe Bateman the save. The Bulls begin a road series against Gwinnett on Friday, Heath Phillips will make the start.

Montgomery Biscuits 2, Mississippi Braves 12
John Matulia was 2 for 3 with a triple and a run scored. Chris De La Cruz had an RBI. Nevin Ashley had a double for the only other extra base hit for the Biscuits. Josh Satow was rocked for 7 runs in the sixth inning. Jeremy Hall took the loss. The series against Mississippi continues on Friday with Justin Garcia making the start.

Fort Myers Miracle 6, Charlotte Stone Crabs 8
Rocco Baldelli was 3 for 4 with a double and 2 runs scored. Stephen Vogt was 3 for 5 with an RBI and a run scored. Greg Sexton was 2 for 5 with a home run and four RBI's. Reid Fronk was 2 for 3. Tim Beckham also had an RBI. The final full frame of the game took 47 minutes to complete, resulting in 8 runs posted to the scoreboard. Sloppy play led to five unearned runs against the bullpen in the ninth inning. Frank De Los Santos earned the win and Marquis Fleming the save. Matt Moore starts for the Stone Crabs against Fort Myers on Friday.

West Michigan White Caps 4, Bowling Green Hot Rods 1
Ty Morrison was 2 for 4 with the lone RBI. Robby Estrada had the Hot Rods only other hit. The Hot Rods only managed to put a runner in scoring position twice on th night. Kyle Lobstein took the loss. The Hot Rods send Albert Suarez to the mound against West Michigan on Friday.

Vermont Lake Monsters 2, Hudson Valley Renegades 8
Robby Price was 2 for 3 with a double and 3 RBI's. Brian Bryles was 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored. Steve Tinoco and Burt Reynolds drove home two runs each. Phil Wunderlich also had an RBI. Chris Winder was the only starter not to record a hit. Wilmer Almonte got the win. The Renegades hit the road for a series against Batavia.

Princeton Rays 1, Pulaski Mariners 11
Kevin Kiermaier was 2 for 4 with a triple. Cesar Guillen was 2 for 3 with the lone P-Rays RBI. The P-Rays were 0 for 5 with runners in scoring position. Eliazer Suero suffered the loss. The P-Rays rematch Pulaski, Andrew Bellatti will be on the mound for Friday's game.

GCL Rays 3, GCL Red Sox 4
GCL Rays scored three runs on just three hits. Ryan Brett, Cesar Perez and Julian Morillo picked up the hits for the Rays. Parker Markel pitched 2 no-hit innings of relief, striking out 3. Ian Kendall was charged with the loss. The GCL Rays play the GCL Orioles on the road on Friday.

DSL Rays (day off)
The DSL Rays host the DSL Astros on Friday.
