  2. Funny you bring that up, as I was doing the posts I considered it. But I didn't have a list of all the NDFA's handy and I needed to get them posted. Also, didn't know if I should include foreign players signed and playing the DSL/VSL. Maybe next year on The 2011 Signing Board we can add a list of all the NDFA's the Rays sign after the draft as a reference.

    Also, pretty good performances by the picks so far. The only ERA over 3.60 so far is Kendall, and he hasn't even pitched a full inning yet.
