St. Lucie Mets 6, Charlotte Stone Crab 4
Kyeong Kang was 2 for 4 with a run scored. Greg Sexton was 2 for 4. Isaias Velasquez was 2 for 4. Michal Sheridan was 1 for 3 with a home run and 2 RBI's. Anthony Scelfo delivered a solo home run. Shane Dyer hit up for 5 runs in his shortest outing of the season, suffering the loss. Stone Crabs have the night off on Tuesday.

Bowling Green Hot Rods 0, Lansing Lugnuts 1
Tyler Bortnick was the only Hot Rod with multiple hits going 2 for 4 with a double. Mark Thomas recorded the only other multiple base hit with a double. Albert Suarez was charged with the loss. Tyree Hayes, Matt Stabelfeld, Jake Sullivan and Scott Shuman combined for 5 2/3 shut-out innnigs from the bullpen. The Hot Rods are off on Tuesday.

Hudson Valley Renegades 10, Mahoning Valley Scrappers 5
Philip Wunderlich was 4 for 5 with 2 doubles, a home run, 5 RBI's and 2 runs scored. Derek Dietrich was 3 for 4 with a double, home run, 3 RBI's and 3 runs scored. Burt Reynolds and Nicholas Schwaner also delivered RBI's. Kenneth Kelly pitched 2 2/3 no-hit innings with 5 strikeouts. Miguel Sierra was the winning pitcher. The Renegades conclude the series with Mahoning Valley on Tuesday.

Princeton Rays 3, Burlington Royals 4 (11 innings)
Scott Lawson was 2 for 3 with a walk. Hector Guevara was 2 for 4 with a solo home run. Enny Romero made a quality start, 6 innings with only 1 earned run and 8 strikeouts. Wade Broyles was charged with the loss. The P-Rays are off on Tuesday.

GCL Rays 3, GCL Twins 7
Alexander Diaz was 2 for 3 with a walk. Edward Dorville was 2 for 5 with a double. Justin O'Conner was 1 for 4 with a double, 2 RBI's and a run scored. Brian Shouse and Brandon Henderson each pitched a scoreless frame. Marcus Jensen struck out 6 in 4 1/3 shut-out innings. Robinson Reyes surrendered all 5 runs and was charged with the loss. The GCL Rays play the GCL Orioles on the road Tuesday.

DSL Yankees 4, DSL Rays 6 (7 innings)
Julio Medina was 2 for 3. Ariel Soriano, Hector Rodriguez and Juan Martin also drove home runs for the DSL Rays. Geisel De La Cruz and Roque Colon eached pitched a no-hit inning of relief. Jose Monegro earned the win and Colon recorded the save.

DSL Yankees, DSL Rays (postponed)
Game two of the doubleheader was postponed due to rain. The DSL Rays are off on Tuesday.



VSL Cardinals 9, VSL Rays 4
Nobody recorded multiple hits in the game. Roan Salas knocked home two runs. Franklin Alcala and Wilmer Dominguez each plated a run. Yorman Mayora pitched 2 no-hit innings with 4 strikeouts. Hector Aguilera suffered the loss, surrendering 6 runs on 7 hits.

  2. Yep, 3 games. GCL already lost, don't know on VSL, and Hudson Valley plays tonight at Mahoning Valley. Slowest night since March.
