The Candidates: Shane Dyer, Frank De Los Santos, Jamie Bagley. Dyer and De Los Santos had very similar April stats, putting up equal numbers in: games started (4), innings pitched (20.0), home runs (1), walks (3), and strikeouts (12). Dyer gave up one less hit, but De Los Santos gave up one less earned run (and four less unearned), to lead in ERA 2.70 to 3.15.
