From the Montgomery Biscuits' broadcaster Jon Laaser: The Tampa Bay Rays have made the following roster moves affecting the Montgomery Biscuits. OF Jason Perry has been signed to a minor league contract and assigned to the Montgomery roster. RHP Brian Baker has been placed on the Hudson Valley Renegades roster.
The corresponding moves leave the Biscuits with 24 active players, one (John Matulia) on the disabled list, and one (Shawn Riggans) on a MLB rehab assignment.
