Minor Moves: Barnett Retires

Per Matt Eddy of BaseballAmerica, 6'7" RHRP Travis Barnett has retired from baseball. The 25 year-old appeared in 18 games for the Columbus Catfish in 2008, putting up a 7.55 ERA in 31.0 innings with 28 strikeouts and 16 walks. He was originally drafted by the Rays in the 14th round of the 2006 draft out of Salt Lake Community College.
