The Montgomery Biscuits were 5-2 for the week and have improved to 29-23 on the season. The Biscuits are in second place of the division, 2 1/2 games back from the leader Jacksonville. Jake McGee was named the pitcher of the week for the Southern League by a dominant performance in his first victory of the season. The week ahead will be tough test as the Biscuits will play a five game series against the division leading Jacksonville Suns.
