The Durham Bulls have placed RHSP Mitch Talbot on the 7-day disabled list with what is termed an "arm injury" and have activated 1B Chris Richard from the 7-day disabled list. The 25 year-old Talbot is 4-4 with a 4.47 ERA over 10 starts this year for the Bulls. In 54.1 innings he has struck out 40 and walked 18 but has allowed opposing hitters a .307 batting average.
