Notes: Durham fell to 38-30 losing their 6th in a row... Wade Davis was very good yet again, allowing just 1 earned in 7 innings, striking out 9 and walking 2. A John Jaso error led to two unearned runs for Davis... Jason Bateman allowed 5 runs, all earned, in 0.2 innings of relief... Reid Brignac was 2-5... Matt Joyce was 0-4 with a walk... Justin Ruggiano was 2-4, including a grand slam off of Michael Bowden... John Jaso went 2-4 with two doubles at the plate...

Marquis Fleming got the loss, but both runs he allowed were unearned... The Hot Rods committed five errors, including three from Jeremy Beckham... Jake Jefferies went 3-4 with a double and two RBIs... Tim Beckham took an 0-4... Kyeong Kang tripled and drove in a run...

Notes: Hudson Valley starts out the season 1-0... Albert Suarez allowed two runs in 5 innings. He walked 2, struck out 2, and got 9 outs via groundout... Kyle Ayers pitched three perfect relief innings... Rehabbing Richard De Los Santos earned the save... The Renegades got on the board early with all four of their runs coming in the first. Brett Nommensen, Elias Otero, Burt Reynolds, and Eli Sonoqui started the game with four straight hits... Otero was the only 'Gade to have multiple hits...
