Manager: Joe Alvarez
Joined the Rays organization December 11, 2007. This is his 34th season in professional baseball, and ninth as a minor league manager. Managed the Hudson Valley Renegades in 2008.

Pitching Coach: Darwin Peguero
Joined the Rays organization March 4, 2005. This is his 14th season in professional baseball, and fourth in a coaching capacity. He was the pitching coach for the Dominican Summer League Rays the past three years.

Coach: Ben Oglivie
Joined the Rays organization November 29, 2006. This is his 39th season in professional baseball, including 16 major league seasons. Coached the Montgomery Biscuits in 2008.

Coach: Reinaldo Ruiz
This is his 13th season in professional baseball, and fifth in a coaching capacity. He was the catching instructor for the Venezuelan Summer League Rays the past two years.

Trainer: Jorge Vargas
This is his 1st full season in professional baseball.
