Up
Durham Bulls - LHP David Price: Price didn't allow an earned run in 5 innings of work, striking out 6 and walking 1. He threw 65 pitches(48 for strikes) as he lowered his ERA to 2.08.

Montgomery Biscuits - RHP Heath Rollins: Rollins and Hellickson have been as advertised so far this year, allowing just a single earned run between them. Rollins got the win last night on the strength of 6 shutout innings, striking out 2 and walking none.

Charlotte Stone Crabs - RHP Austin Hinkle: The 2007 41st rounder threw 3 scoreless innings in relief, allowing two walks, two hits, and striking out two.

Bowling Green Hot Rods - SS Tim Beckham: After a night off, Beckham collected three hits(all singles) in five at-bats, driving in a run and scoring twice.

Down
Durham Bulls - IF Elliot Johnson: Went 0-3 with two strikeouts and is batting an unsightly .095 on the young season. With some good infield depth in the upper-levels of the organization, Johnson seeing any sort of extended time with the big-league club in the future would be a surprise.

Montgomery Biscuits - N/A: No real prospect had a poor day.

Charlotte Stone Crabs - OF Reid Fronk: He did reach on a walk and score, but otherwise Fronk went 0-5 and is hitting .208.

Bowling Green Hot Rods - RHP Shane Dyer: On the year, he's got 7 strikeouts and only 1 walk, and he's getting two groundouts for every flyout. But Dyer was a little bit off tonight, allowing 4 runs(3 earned) in 4 innings, walking one, uncorking two wild pitches, and hitting a batter.
