The Durham Bulls have released LHSP James Houser.He was 4-5 with a 5.16 ERA in 18 appearances (15 starts) this year for the Bulls. In 82.0 innings he had 44 strikeouts and 50 walks.
The move opens a spot on the Rays 40-man roster.
