Minor Moves: Proctor
The Rays have assigned
Marcus Proctor
, their 30th round pick in the June draft, to the Gulf Coast League Rays. The 18 year-old righthander made his debut yesterday, pitching one shutout inning, allowing no hits, and striking out two.
