Tampa Bay Rays have optioned RHRP Joe Nelson to the Durham Bulls.
The Bowling Green Hot Rods have assigned LHSP Matthew Moore to the Hudson Valley Renegades and brought RHP Chris Andujar back from the Renegades. This is just a paper move with Moore so that Andujar can make his scheduled start.
