Jeremy Hall was charged with the loss. The Biscuits look to keep their playoff hopes alive as they play Jacksonville again on Saturday with Alex Torres making the start.

Alex Colome made his Stone Crabs debut, pitching 4 innings and allowing 1 run on 5 hits with 8 strikeouts. Marquis Fleming picked up the win and improved to 5-0. Neil Schenk provided 2 innings of shut-out relief and 4 strikeouts. The Stone Crabs play Bradenton in the middle game of the series with Deivis Mavarez making a spot start.
