  1. Is McCormick the new lead catcher in Charlotte?

  2. I wouldn't classify him as the lead catcher. Since the promotion of Nevin Ashley, the Stone Crabs have not employed a lead catcher rather been splitting time between Paxton and Lopez. McCormick is now one of 3 active catchers on the roster.

  3. Still a mystery why he was promoted to Charlotte, given his low BA. He's caught 3 of the last 4 games, since he's been there. Lopez did the other. Paxton was DH once, and did not catch. even though his BA is over.300. ????
