Thursday's Winter League Update

Arizona Fall League
Arizona Fall League
Leslie Anderson was 1 for 4 with 2 RBI’s.
Alex Cobb recorded the win, allowing 1 run on 4 hits with 6 strikeouts and 2 walks in 4 innings.
Jose Ruiz was 2 for 3 with a double and 2 RBI’s.
Henry Wrigley was 2 for 4 with a double, grand slam and 6 RBI’s.



Venezuelan Winter League
Jose Lobaton was 0 for 4 with 2 strikeouts.






Mexican Pacific League
Angel Chavez was 0 for 4 with a strikeout.
Elliot Johnson was 0 for 4 with 3 strikeouts.




Dominican Winter League
Ramon Ortiz suffered the loss, allowing 8 runs on 8 hits in 1 1/3 innings.




Liga Paralela Rays
Alejandro Segovia was 2 for 4 with 3 RBI’s.
Ismel Antunez was 2 for 3 with a run scored.

    Not to mention Cobb, who is 2nd in AFL in strikeouts. Will all of the guys in the fall league be put on the 40 man roster?
