It has been reported through various outlets that Matt Moore has received the call to the Tampa Bay Rays. He is expected to join the Rays prior to Monday's game. Moore has been the minor league strikeout king. He struck out an organizational high 210 this season and led the minors in strikeouts in 2010 with 208 and 2009 with 176. This season Moore was a combined 12-3 with a 1.92 ERA and 2010 strikeouts in 27 games split between Montgomery and Durham.
