  2. On my preliminary top 30, there are two guys who pitched in the GCL(excepting the rehabbing Talbot/McGee) and both are in the 25-30 range: Kevin James and Jacob Partridge. Andrew Bellatti, Brad Furdal, and a few others are worth keeping an eye on, but the GCL was such a pitcher's league that it's hard to get an accurate read.
