Justin Ruggiano had two home runs including a three run game winner in the eleventh. Chris Carter and Robinson Chirinos also had two hits each. Dirk Hayhurst allowed just 1 unearned run in 6 2/3 innings. Bullpen (Wade, Ekstrom and De La Rosa) provided 4 1/3 scoreless innnings.


Jackson Generals 6, Mongtomery Biscuits 4
John Matulia was 2 for 4 with a double, home run and 3 RBI's. Nevin Ashley was 2 for 4 with a run scord. Stephen Vogt drove home a run.


Palm Beach Cardinals 2, Charlotte Stone Crabs 5
Matt Hall and Greg Sexton each had a triple. Chris Murrill drove home 2 runs while Brett Nommensen, Mark Thomas and Mike Sheridan each drove home a run. Alex Colome allowed 1 run on 5 hits with 7 strikeouts in 5 innings. Adam Liberatore got the win. Scott Shuman struck out 2 of the 3 hitters he faced to get the save.


Bowling Green Hot Rods 2, Dayton Dragons 8
Phil Wunderlich, Nick Schwaner and Steven Tinoco had doubles. Wunderlich and Tinoco picked up RBI's. Nate Garcia pitched 2 1/3 scoreless innings with 2 K's.
